Calculation & concept training for the CFA exam

Build the muscle memory the exam demands.

The quant questions aren’t hard because the math is hard. They’re hard because you have ninety seconds and one shot. AnalystQBank turns every formula and every concept into reps, so calculation memory and concept recognition become automatic.

Reps, not re-reading.

1

Pick a topic or go mixed

Choose bond pricing, TVM, ratios, a concept review, or throw yourself into a randomized mixed set that mirrors the real paper.

2

Solve against the clock

Calculations are freshly generated with new numbers, and concepts come back in new scenarios, so you drill the method and the judgment, never memorize an answer.

3

See the worked solution

Miss one and you get the full step-by-step or the reasoning, then a new variant to prove it stuck.

You know the theory. The exam tests whether you can run the numbers and spot the concept, fast.

Most candidates can explain a concept but freeze when a timed vignette demands a clean calculation, or can run the numbers but miss which concept the question is really testing. That gap is exactly where marks disappear, and exactly what AnalystQBank drills away.

Where the marks slip away
✕You understand the formula but blank on the setup under time pressure.
✕You've memorized answers to the same practice questions instead of the method.
✕Calculator keystrokes cost you seconds you can't spare on exam day.
✕You can recite a concept but miss it when it's applied to a new scenario.
✕You run out of fresh problems weeks before the exam.

◦ Studying the way most candidates do

–Re-reading the same static problem sets
–Recognizing answers, not reproducing the work or applying the concept
–No sense of pace until the mock exam

◆ Training with AnalystQBank

Why the reps work

Two numbers that decide whether you pass.

Every question, calculation or concept, tests the same two things: can you get there before time runs out, and do you get there right. AnalystQBank is built to move both.

Speed builds confidence

Fast enough that the clock stops being the enemy.

A candidate who can only just finish in time is one hard vignette away from panic. Drilling the same setups over and over pulls your answer time well clear of the 90-second ceiling — so on exam day, you're not racing the clock, you're ahead of it.

Comfortably in time Cutting it close 90s exam limit
Why it mattersMost reps land at 65–70 seconds — a full 20 seconds of breathing room before the limit. That's margin you can spend double-checking, not panicking.
Accuracy gets you the pass

Speed only counts if the answer is right.

Being fast and wrong doesn't clear a level — the exam only rewards the correct choice. As the reps stack up, the method stops being something you have to think through and starts being something you just know, and accuracy climbs to match.

At or above target Still building 80% pass-ready target
Why it mattersBy attempt 14, accuracy settles above the 80% mark most candidates use as their pass-ready line — and stays there.
Your study path

A road that adapts every time you answer.

Each stop is a topic. Clear it with a correct rep to move the road forward. Miss, and the same setup comes back with new numbers. Tap a stop to try a sample rep.

Questions candidates actually ask.

If something's not covered here, reach out before you buy — we'd rather answer it than have you guess.

Does this replace my main study material?+
No — AnalystQBank is built to sit alongside your curriculum, notes, or whichever prep provider you're using for readings. We drill the two things that need reps: calculation memory, and concept recognition and application, so you still need a source for the full curriculum.
Which CFA levels are covered?+
Levels I and II. The Exam Prep and Full Season plans include calculation and concept questions across both levels, spanning 10 topics from time value of money through derivatives and portfolio management, with new questions added every week. We don’t currently cover Level III. The Free plan gives you a sample of 3 core topics to try first.
How is a question ever "new" — isn't it the same formula?+
Each question type is generated from a template with randomized inputs — different coupon rates, maturities, cash flows, and so on — so the underlying method is the same but the numbers, and therefore the answer, are different every time. You end up practicing the setup, not memorizing a specific answer.
I already use a different question bank. Why add this one?+
Most qbanks are built for reading and re-checking. AnalystQBank is narrow on purpose — it's built for drilling calculation memory and concept recognition and application, the timed questions candidates most often lose marks on, with pacing drills most general qbanks don't offer.
What happens if I don't pass?+
Every paid plan includes the pass-or-extended guarantee: if you sit the exam and don't clear your level, we extend your access to the next sitting at no extra cost.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. The Exam Prep plan is billed monthly and you can cancel whenever you like — there's no long-term commitment. The Full Season plan is a one-time payment that simply runs through your exam date.
Simple pricing

Less than one retake. Worth far more.

A failed level costs a year and another exam fee. AnalystQBank costs about a nice dinner. Pick a plan, drill daily, walk in ready.
